Whether its coaching an individual in a new role, or providing mentoring to someone in an established role, Jenny can help you develop and retain talent.   Jenny has developed and delivered individual or team training on a range of subjects, ranging from coaching someone moving into a new senior fundraising role, to creating annual lottery training for a whole team to comply with Gambling Commission requirements.  She is a coach on the Bright Spot Fundraising Individual Giving Mastery Course, and is a trainer on some of the self-directed study modules for the Supporter Experience Collective.
