Jenny is one of the sectors biggest experts in her area, while also being incredibly strategic, organised and intuitive. She leads from the front in everything she does, and whether she is writing an in-depth strategy, leading a team, developing talent or getting her hands dirty with spreadsheets, she brings the same kindness, insight and drive. I have worked beside her as a head of and have been a client of hers, and she was an absolute joy in both.  If you can have the chance to work with Jenny Crabtree, even for a week, take it. Don’t think about whether you should choose her, think about whether you can get her to choose you. There are not enough words that can describe how awesome a fundraiser, leader and person this lady is!
