What type of information we have
We currently collect and process the following information: personal information about clients including: name, work address, email, telephone numbers. When using your personal information, we do so in a fair and secure way. We will never share it with any other party or use it in a way you didn’t agree to. Most of the personal information we process is provided directly by you for the purposes of delivering a quote or contract. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information is that we have a contractual obligation, or legitimate interests.
What we do with the information we have
We use the information that you have given us in order to comply with the contractual agreement we put in place when working with you, or to respond to pre-contractual enquiries or quotes you ask us to provide. We do not share this information with anyone unless required to do so by law. Your data will never be shared outside of the EU.
How we store your information
Your information is held in electronic format, password protected for 5 years after the date of our last interaction. We will then dispose your information by deleting your electronic records.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights concerning your data. If you would like to see a record of the data we hold about you, or ask us to rectify anything you think is inaccurate or incomplete, please email jenny.crabtree@navigatefundraising.co.uk. Additionally, if you do not want us to process your personal data in full or part, please do let us know on the email address above.
You also have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances or ask us to transfer the information you gave us to another organisation, or yourself. You are not required to pay any charge for asking us to do any of these things. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
